Plans & billing
Every core monitoring feature is available on every plan — the differences are about scale and a few power-user features.
What's the same on every plan
- Remote actions (reboot/restart/kill/tail-log/create-ssh-user)
- External monitoring (HTTP/TCP/heartbeat), SSL & domain expiry warnings
- S3 backups to your own bucket, including retention and restore-to-a-different-path
- Public status pages
- Monitor-down and backup-failure alerts
What's plan-gated
| Feature | Plan |
|---|---|
| Database-dump backups (Postgres/MySQL/SQLite) & restore-to-a-new-server | Pro / Business |
| Web SSH terminal & SFTP browser | Pro / Business |
| Teams | Pro / Business |
| Read-only API access | Pro / Business |
| Metrics history retention | 7 days (Free) · 30 days (Pro) · 90 days (Business) |
| Server limit | 2 (Free) · 10 (Pro) · 50 (Business) — plus any add-on hosts purchased |
Add-on hosts
Need more servers without moving to the next tier? Add-on host packs raise your server limit without changing your plan's other features/pricing.
Cancelling & downgrading
Downgrading to Free (or letting a subscription lapse) never deletes data — servers over the new plan's limit stop reporting but aren't removed, and a paid-only config (like a database dump) simply can't be turned back on or edited until you upgrade again; it isn't wiped.
